Have a house with 15 radiators and its been all plumbed in hep with pushfit fittings and wanting to know can I install a stove with back boiler in my living room that'll heat all rads and heat the living room.

I've been getting told conflicting things from different plumbers, one says it can't be done and another says it can. The guy who said it can be done suggests I need a triple coil cylinder and run a pipe from the boiler to new cylinder. Is this true.

Going to go the 2nd hand route and buy of donedeal so does anyone have any recommendations for what's best.

The best reccomendation is don't buy second hand. Pex fittings and pipe are ok when not joined directly to the boiler. How many boilers do you have? You'll only need a triple cook if you've 3 boilers or heat sources ( e.g oil, solid fuel, solar

Just oil in the house at the moment. Will I just need a double coil cylinder now instead?

    Why not 2nd hand?

Because you don't know where it's coming from. It could be internally corroded. It's your money but I wouldn't take the gamble. Also door seals would need to be perfect
Don't know why the plumber said you needed a triple coil cylinder for a dual heating system
