Hi folks

I am setting up a new Ltd company, the company will be used for grant applications and needs a tax Clearence cert. I am not registering for vat as the company won't be making sales more than the threshold.

I am a director of another company, the other company is not tax cleared, I.e it has outstanding debts with the revenue, will this effect me and my new company?
