Hi all, has anyone tried these? They're made from konjac noodles. I just tried the chicken ramen and they were lovely, only 108 calories. For a proper meal! Anyone know of any other konjac products???

Holland & barret have some, they are quite expensive.

    They have pastas too.

some people make "rice" from cauliflower as a low calorie filler. I chop up raw white cabbage finely as a filler for stuff like mince.

rubadub's cabbage idea is spot on, purple works well too although white is a little less flavourful so the rest of the ingredients can shine

Where did you get these Girthy? 108 calories for a meal sounds too good to be true!
