Has anyone one ever taken liquid vitamins. There is one in particular I am looking into. Has anyone used Agel liquid vitamins? The person who was telling me about them said that whereas with vitamin capsules a large amount in wasted through urine, with liquid vitamins the body absorbs 100%. Could this be correct? The product I am looking into is expensive. I have been taking certain individual vitamins in high doses for a number of years, but would like to reduce the number of capsules I take while still getting maximum benefit, on top of a reasonably healthy diet (little processed food + plenty of veg). I have had a serious illness so I am trying to maintain a high immune system.

Or could someone please post/pm me a recommendation for a good quality multivitamin in capsule form, ie effective and good value for money.

Milk is a liquid that contains lots of vitamins.

Vitamin supplements are a waste of money, the only ones worth taking are folic acid if you're trying to get pregnant and maaaaaaaaybe Vitamin D during winter.
