Windows 10 impressions? Spyware as a service ?

I know there have been a few debates around but i thought i would drop this one here if anyone has any opinions on it ? Google Chrome browser required for the link as its Czech origin .

Some alarming observations made on this OS and some not so nice behaviours ?

For me Win 7 is the last MS OS i will use .

The first link shows someone attempting to debunk the findings reading on it turns out the Czech guy was most likely on a pre relase build which does do all of the above.

Its one of the things I have been caught saying to others , But similarly they are modeling the licenseing and patching aspect to that of xbox one console ,where if an app is not up to date it will not run - thus improving the piracy issues for the OS , But at the cost of all the security , im a def no .

Its OS as a service and the creepy crawlies in the NSA wont even have to try , Makes me feel cautios now having the xbox one kinnect plugged in at all in the sitting room after seeing this. ( Never done packet trace while Bone was plugged in maybe now i should.)
