Wil anyone on here be picking up so Yeezy Boost 350 Black's on Saturday? I'm still undecided. BT2 will have 20 pairs and the last time people queued from 2am and they sold out in 9minutes so I don't know if its worth making the trip and not getting a pair.

Wow - no. I guess they are a mans trainer anyway but no. They look knitted and the sole looks like a tyre.

What's the big deal with them?

I've moved a few posts out of the Latest Purchases thread to their own thread.

Thanks for moving this to a new thread I didn't know if it warranted one.

I personally like them although I did prefer the grey ones that were released earlier this year. It's a collaboration between Kanye West and Adidas. They are a limited release and very hard to get your hands on. As I said Brown Thomas only have 20 pairs and I think JD Sport have the same so that's around 40pairs for Ireland not a lot. After the last release they were selling on eBay for around $500.

I haven't decided if I'll pick up a pair BT2 only have 5 pairs of my size (size 9) but I'm not sure as I'll have to get up to Dublin. Although I might go up with a few others and get one for me and we can flip the rest of them.

Are you serious? I was planning on going up and starting queuing around 23:00/00:00 but only going if a queue had started. Guess I won't be getting a pair so as there will be 20 people waiting by the time I got up even if I left now.

I'll say it again Brown Thomas should have had a raffle system in place to get a chance to buy a pair this is what nearly every shop worldwide including JD Sport in Dublin did.

As a serious collector of sneakers with well over 1,000 pairs (yes) I simply cannot see the fuss with the Adidas Yeezys. The Nike Yeezys were far nicer. As for queuing, I have done it in the US (for a few hours) and once in Dublin (at 8:30 for a 9:30 opening), but the thought of queuing for these just makes me shake my head. I assume most if not all the people queuing for these will be looking to resell them on eBay too.

Where / how do you store them?
Would you actually wear many of them?:)

    just interested!

I could go on for hours about this but I'm sure I'm boring people and likely sound like a tool to everyone else (or both), so I'll stop now. But if you want to talk sneakers, drop me a PM.

I totally see the fuss about the white Yeezy Boost 350s. To me they're like a premium version of Nike's Roshe Runs. The main Yeezy Boosts are awful though and inferior to the Nike Yeezys.
