Irish water sending bills in my name to wrong house

    Irish water are now sending me bills to my mothers house where I haven't lived in 8 years to tell me to to pay a bill in my own house which I have a mortgage on? They have obviously accessed the TV licence data base to aswel to get my name and address of my own house
