As the post suggests has anyone tried both and come up with a winner?
A lot of agrimax about here great tyre but a bit sharp on ground when 60%+ tread. Someone said Tianli not as bad.
Never heard of them before but they are advertised on donedeal.
Changing from firestone that are 13yrs old with 4000hrs mix of road and fieldwork

I prefer a agrimax as they are cheap and cheerful. A sharp lump of bar will sherd a cheap tire as quick as an expensive one.

I have them on the front of the 398 for the last 4 years and I'll get another 4 out of them I'd say. She has a loader fitted so they are under pressure at times

Found the same here with the agrimax. They would cut sods out when new.
Edited to ask why not another set of firestone? 4000 hours is good service.

    Are agrimax cheaper than tianli?
We have agrimax on 290 two wheel drive and are grand but I see them on 4x4 and they can lift sods at the headlands.
Whatever I get will be going on a 398 as well.
    What I have on back?

As for why not firestone I just need to price around. Local man does agrimax and saw the tianli on dd. I could not fault the service on the firestone still 20% left on all 4, grand until it gets sticky

Agrimax are not great, just dont last the test of time compared to a Taurus or middle of the road/premium tyre..
