    Hi lads,
I'm looking for a diesel car to drive to & from work mainly.
The most I have to spend is €4000.
I was looking at mainly golfs and focus.
    Any other ideas? Opinions?

Do you do enough mileage for a diesel?

Saloon or hatch, or any other space requirements?

This is a tidy looking focus, has the more reliable old school 1.8 tdci engine as opposed to the 1.6 French unit. Has a nice lot of extras with it being the ghia spec.

    The add is gone!
I'd be doing 400 miles a week. I generally prefer diesel cars just a personal preference.
Tbh I know sweet F all about cars. So any opinions welcome

The good genuine ones don't stay around long. That was a very nice example. Was only up a few hours when I posted it. One needs to be able to act fast.

I'd look at an Octavia 1.9 TDI
