I started new job yesterday..obviously i dont get paid for 9 days as i work a week in areers

Am i entitled to dole this wednesday from the few days of last week

Just curious as was my first time on JS

Take the money and pay it back in a few instalments when you get paid. Otherwise live on fresh air. You are entitled to your payments prior to starting yesterday.

I can live fine until im paid. I just thought i might have been entitled to payment from wed of last week until monday of this week..ie 3/4 payment of whatever

Its many years thank God,since I collected however you will be entitled to those payments for not working. Good luck in your new job!

Sh!t just realised i never rang them to sign off..just rang revenue with new employee number

You are entitled to the money from last week until Saturday. If you collect your money this week you will be overpaid. You obviously should have signed off and it could have been sorted. You brother is wrong. What you can do is collect this weeks money or dont collect it and drop a note into your local sw office and tell them when you started work and you wish to sign off and your havent collected your money and could they send a cheque to your address for any money that may be due to you.
