Moving accommodation, water.ie saga

About two weeks ago I rang Irish water to notify them I had moved accommodation. The guy on the phone assigned a new account/wprn to me for my new accommodation. I discovered at a later date that this address was a partial match. A few days later I received a letter from water.ie in the post, it had another account / wprn, but apparently had an exact match on the address. So, I rang again and was told I should use the account with the exact match address. So, I try to register this latest account but it won't allow me since my email address is already in the system. So, I ring again and I'm told that I should stay with the same original (my very first one) account and add new properties to the account. When I try to add the exact match wprn to my original account it throws a 500 error, even though i got a mail to say a new property was added. So, i ring again and the guy tells me he has added the exact match wprn to my original account. He told me the property would appear at midnight, no sign of it showing up since then.

Could someone who is familar with the system contact me please, I'm having no success talking to agents on the phone, they are very polite but are not able to help me. Thanks
