Hi, Does any body know what rates I should be charging for myself and a young lad who gives me a hand fitting Marmoleum floor coverings,
I would normally give a price for a job but this project will be ongoing over many weeks, its in a nursing home group and will be more time consuming and inconvienient than a typical job so the client is looking for a rate rather than a price, (the client will be providing the materials) Thanks in advance

Since you already price work by the job
Would you not already have a minimum hourly /day rate in place for your self and a labourer just charge that
