Shore fishing Lough Mask, I want to spend a day on Mask, but wouldnt be confident in a boat, especially on Mask. Would any one know of any shore marks around that might be good? Ghillies are coming in at on average 150 fe the day so thats out too!

    Thanks in advance!

Dringeen Bay, mouth of the canal, Ferrybridge area, are all good. Early season the western shore gets plenty of anglers. Would imagine this time of year the bays around inflowing rivers should be good with fish gathering to spawn, but they should probably be left alone, or at least released if caught
