Weed & Feed - 1 acre lawn

My lawn has been overtaken with moss and various weeds even after regular mowing. I'm looking for weed and feed for a 1 acre site if anyone could recommend such a product. Also, is any work required before applying a product.

try mc Guinness seeds in slane ,seeddirect.ie ...I bought lawn seed off them but im sure they do fertiliser and feed weed aswell.cheaper as they do the 25 kg bags and delivery isn't too dear..
