Nordmende tv hdmi problem

Hi I'm just wondering how to sync my nordmende TV model number NM3297M4 with my HP pavilion laptop. I connected it up via a HDMI lead but the laptop does not seem to sync with the TV. Any ideas how to resolve this issue? I also have a Sony Bravia TV and the laptop syncs no problem with that TV, problem just seems to be…

Have you tried different sized videos of low quality to see if they work? Also try Youtube videos.
