    Hi everyone :Do

Ok, so basically i currently work with a company and ive an interview tomorrow for a higher position. Essentially im wondering if there are any
tips for doing well in it?

I've never gone for a "promotion" before, so will the interview be much different from my initial one? And how so?

Also what should i wear to it? Our dress code is business casual, so should i just go in as i normally would, or should i boot and suit it? Ive always gone to interviews in a suit, but because i already work there, im not to sure on this.

Id appreciate any tips you all might have. Ive already been preparing for it for the last week. Its just to make sure that ive covered everything.

    Thanks!

HI. I had an interview for promotion within the company I worked and the questions I was asked are as follows@

    - what is the difference between the position you are being interviewed for and the position you now hold i.e. what are the extra/different responsibilities in the new job.
    - What have you done in your existing role/or in a previous company to demonstrate that you are capable of doing this new job
    - If the role is supervisory - what is your experience of supervising staff, how would you deal with staff issues/demonstrate that you know about the company's disciplinary and grievance procedures.

Obviously you should know about current issues within or facing the company, and past changes that have been implemented, have your own opinions on these. but be positive in your conclusions.

I hope the above is helpful. Good luck tomorrow.
