worth noting that the cheaper rose bike is only available in two sizes. and the more expensive one in three. the orbea appears to be available in seven sizes.

Orbea is a well finished bike and they have a lifetime warranty on the frame & fork

The Orbea looks nicest that's all that matters!

Do the Roses have clearance for the larger tyres & mudguards?

Larger tyres and mudguards shouldn't be allowed anywhere those bikes, whether they fit or not.

Before going for a Rose I'd give them a shout and verify likely delivery time from date of order. Eight weeks seems typical, mine looks like fourteen weeks all in, though still don't have a final date. You get a lot of value for money, but looking back, if I'd known the delays involved I would have gone elsewhere.

For €2300 ex stock in Evans, the Genesis Equlibrium Stainless looks like a rather nice bike at that price point, dependent on size being available. Cannondale Synapse Ultegra also looks rather tasty.

    thanks.
I agree, Orbea probably the best looker, though I believe the Rose is nicer in the flesh, its slightly lighter, better stock wheels
    Leaning towards the Orbea though

Cannondale Synapse Carbon also an option

Beautiful bike, but I'm going to stick with CF this time, too much choice as it is
