C.V. Joint changed, pedals feel softer

    Got the C.V. joint changed on our car ( Suzuki Alto ) but driving home the accelerator & brake peddles feel a bit softer than they were
    Is this usual?

    Changing the CV joint shouldn't have interfered with anything that would make either one softer.

    I'd say they just adjusted the seat or you were driving something else in the meantime?

    I rented a megane for a few days in France and got back in the landcruiser straight away after dropping it back (Mrs followed me to the drop off) The pedals felt incredibly heavy as did the steering, but only because I had gone from 5 days in the feather touch Renault to what basically is a truck and my senses forgot!

    No dropped the car up in the morning got it back in the afternoon.
    Will softer pedals make a difference? Sorry this is my first car so not sure whats going on
