hello, the paint on the left rear side of my 96 impresa was cracked from a small kicking it got, water got down behind the paint and eventually the paint bubbled out in a patch about 6" circular. I just chipped it off and it's now down to what looks like aluminium. whats the best steps to take here? can I just prime and…

hello,

can I just prime and fill and spray this or is there a proper way to treat this.
