Fixing up paintwork

Recently bought a 2nd hand car that is covered in what seems like cat scratching and possibly the results of a brillo pad having been taken to it. The markings aren't really all that bad, but all the same I'd like to get them taken out, most of them just seem to be through the clear coat.

Does anyone know of a company that would basically t-cut the whole car and restore the paint work? I'd potentially do it myself but don't really have the time to spend on t-cutting it and re-waxing it, plus tbh i'd rather have it done professionally.

MX Valeting are a mobile service ran on here by JAMES_VTI_S, he does paint correction which would sort out pretty much all scratches/swirls in the paint. It's not cheap but a proper job will last forever assuming you keep on top of the maintenance.

Alternatively you could buy a machine polisher like a Dual Action Polisher and go at it yourself.
