What is this weed?

I have a weed in my garden that is growing on ground that I sprayed off with weedkiller. The weed is forming a carpet like cover on the ground. Does anyone have an idea what it is and how is best to get rid of it? It only grows on soil that I have sprayed off. i have attached a photo. Thanks.

It looks like it's liverwort. Problematic on poor, compacted and badly draining soils.
