eFibre time between 'build commenced' and 'live'

So using the wonderful site http://piec.noip.me/ showing the changes have occurred on the fibre rollout map I looked at some stats. There have been 4 updates covering 480 cabinets so I looked at those where we have a change from 'planned' to 'build commenced' :

01/06/2015 - 75 cabinets changed to build commenced - 47 of them went live 71 days later
23/06/2015 - 19 cabinets changed to build commenced - 2 of them went live 49 days later
08/07/2015 - 18 cabinets changed to build commenced - 4 of them went live 34 days later

So you might think that the average looks like around 65 days on average to finish a cabinet after starting but unfortunately you have to look at the cabinets that don't have the full data (Planned to live) available.

From this there are 217 cabinets that have taken longer than 71 days to complete! That's a little irritating to be honest given that my cabinet is still in the 'planned' stage. Doesn't look like I'll have first world broadband this year :(

The map is very slow to update and that is the data that website uses.

I hope so but the other cabinet near me had the map updated within 2 weeks of work commencing. Also as long as its as slow to update the start of work as it is the end of the work then the duration of the work should be accurate

My local cabinet was put in place June/July 2014 and has only received its yellow sticker this week. But still not live.

13 months and counting since it was put in place and still not live.

I must admit that Im a little excited over this yellow sticker .............. Weirdo!!!!
(But in my defence; I have been watching this green box for just over a year now)

Well that's a bit of a sickener! At least the new cabinet is in place, mine doesn't even exist yet!
