Duke Row - Summerhill

My Ordnance Survey Dublin Atlas indicates that Duke Row is between Summerhill and Summerhill Parade, but does it actually exist? Eircode.ie and http://maps.osi.ie/publicviewer/#V2,716510,735498,12,10 suggest it is part of Summerhill.

I thought of that (a 'watermark'), except I only went looking for it when it was referred to in a city council document.

The real name of the bit of Summerhill from Portland Row to Bailey's Row is Duke Row. Everyone just calls it Summerhill though.
