    Hi rogcaler,

    Have a look at my ad it for the Shimano R500 (non seris but above Tiagra and below 105 level) 172.5 50/34

    New just take off of my giant propel, the biggest difference is the R500 has the new lighter 11 speed chainrings than tiagra

    Its 11 speed but compatibility with 10 speed is flawless

    Shimano FC-R565 10 Speed Chainset Black 172.5mm 50-34T €70

    this is equivalent to shimano 105(according to internet )

    Yes, Ill be around all evening, where are you based ? €7 an post says for between 500g and 1kg
