    Coming from Navan to Dublin on the R147
    Went through lights at the turn off for Johnstown etc
    Doing about 70 building up to 80 as its a regional road
    Passed a red van just after the lights(see area below)
    No speed limits sign until an 80 one further up
    There is a sign as you come in from Dublin that its 60


    I take it as its 60 until I get to the 80 sign and im looking at points etc?
