Anyone else find it odd that one of the best parts of the WAW route (Galway & Connemara) were totally ignored by John Creedon & the series production team. He went straight from the Cliffs of Moher to Clare Island, Co. Mayo, he didn’t even mention Galway Bay, South Connemara or North Connemara. I didn’t watch the 3rd episode because of this.

I only saw last night's episode and yeah it did jump big chunks of the Way but I wasn't expecting it to be an exhaustive look at the Way.

I've seen Creedon on a few things like this before and he does it well if you ask me, even if he is from Cork!

I like Creedon and I think RTE should give him more programmes like this. I thought he covered Co. Clare very well. In my opinion, it was the best of the three programmes. Galway was definitely worthy of more air-time.

I'm from Clare so really looked forward to that episode as he covered my particular local area. I was looking forward to more Galway after the brief stop in the city but, yes, it was very surprising. Our Galway neighbours have a fantastic county and Conemara is always a treat. I'm guessing he may have focused on more unusual aspects of the way. Not many might visit Ennistymon or Aran perhaps. Still a good show though.
