Think Ive been billed incorrectly

    Hi,
    I think ive been charged incorrectly on the first bill I got which was last week.  It looks like Im being charged as a 2 adult household not a one adult. Can you advice how I can sort this out?

    Can you confirm if you have registered your details with Irish Water? If you have not registered, you would have received a default bill of 260 euro per year. If this is the case, please call 1890 448 448 to amend your details and to be issued with a correct bill.

    If you have already registered with us, please send the following details through private mail and we can look into this for you:

    - Name;
    - Address and
    - Contact number
