Not sure if this is allowed for the Philippines, but instead of several letters of freedom I just swore an affidavit at my local solicitors. Basically I stated that I had never been married and the solicitor signed a one page document. I lived in several places in the UK and got married in Ireland so this was a quick and easy way of bypassing the letters of freedom. Took 10 mins.

No unfortunately they wont accept that, I need to present myself along with my certificate of freedom to marry (Letter of freedom) to the irish consulate in manila 10 days before I plan to marry.
