Laminate floor problems

Please help, we have laminate flooring in our bedroom and the other day our shower leaked a small amount, half a cup full, water was dried up, and shower sorted however I have now noticed some bubbling on the laminate, the bubbling doesn't bother me and it's a very small patch, I asked the guy who laid the floor and he said just to leave it, will it dry eventually, but will it spread, will the damage get worse ?? It's a brand new floor. Thanks for any help given, I really don't want or can afford to rip it up.

Wont get any worse, but it called delaminating whats happened to your floor.
To be honest must be a fairly cost effective floor for that to happen with such small amount of water

Thanks, wasn't that cost effective, but I think the water got under the laminate, tbh it's all I need with this house!!!
