Does the cigarette lighter itself work?

Yeah it works fine but even the wee light that is ment to light behind it to illuminate it at night Dosent either

Everything else works like heater fan everything in dash etc

I have the same problem, radio needs to come out to get to it, and I cant be bothered getting someone to pull it out for me. I'd assume it's just a bulb that'd blown behind the dash?

I actually pulled the wee bulbs out and they look fine just they dont seem to be getting any power, i wouldny say they have a dedicated fuse and is prob more just a problem with the actual heater unit itself maybe
