Vpn problem

    Recently got eircom efibre installed & everything went smoothly, no loss of service etc. Just noticed today that I cannot connect to my vpn. I believe the f2000 modem is blocking my attempts to connect. Have seen others ask eircom on here for advice but they will not give any details of what settings to change. does anyone know how to enable this.

    Have now found it may have something to do with W10 also, as when I am using a different isp & router it still will not connect to private tunnel. I have added 'private tunnel' to the firewall permissions but no joy.
    anyone?
