BBC Wales (Tuning in issues)

Hi all

Ive an old sky box and don't have a Sky contract anymore. I'm trying to tune in Sky Wales using the image below but don't have the option to input "Standard" and "Modulation Scheme". I only have four of the other fields to fill in and it won't pick up the channel any ideas?

Note. my Sky menu doesn't look like the below
When I fill in the fields excluding standard and modulation scheme, no channels are found.

Thanks. That gives me BBC Scotland, and a few other channels. Any others I can try?

1. Press ‘services’ on your Sky remote control.
2. Scroll down once and then across until you land on ‘add channels’.
3. From there scroll down and key in the following details:
Frequency: 10.788
Polarisation: V
Symbol Rate: 22.0
FEC: 5/6
Standard: DVB-S
Modulation Scheme: QPSK

Or HD version:

Mode:
