Squash warm ups?

    So what do you do as a warm up?
    Both before you use the ball and then with the ball?
    Toying with using the 7mins workout app to use as warm up.

    I train most Saturday mornings on my own. 45 minutes.
    About 5 minutes stretching beforehand then straight in, basically shot practice. Drops, back corner boasting etc. etc.
    I do 100 pushups in the 45 minutes also. 5 x 15 and finish up with 25. Maybe plank a few times also.
