If one receives a legal letter, marked Private and Confidential, threatening libel, and decides to publish it on a social media platform, is it in breach of any legal privilege???

Ok, most media savvy people are going to know exactly to what this pertains and given that, I am unwilling to allow further discussion to take place here.

The reason is that there is potential for online discussion to jeopardise the party who decided to go public. That's on its head and I'm not having it on mine.
