Brick shed needs complete renovation

I have a shed out the back which is around 18' x 12'. We've only moved in recently and I think the shed is big enough (was originally planning on knocking it and getting a new one built).

It used to be a garage. Would anyone have a rough idea how much it would cost for a new roof, window and door, damp proofing and new floor and the walls plastered with electricity and plumbing running to it?

Is this beyond the scope of a DIY project? Obviously I would have the electrics and plumbing done by someone else.

Oh, and how big of a job would it be to get the door moved and/or widened and an extra window put in?

Depends on how competent of a diyer you are. Maybe you can do a lot yourself and get the subs in for the rest.

As the roof is damaged at the moment, the inside is very wet. Is it hard to dry out the shed, obviously after the roof is waterproof again.

I'll get the roof sorted first and see what the rest is like. Haven't even got into the shed yet. The door is nailed shut and I don't want to break it open. Had a look through the hole in the roof though :-)

I did a lean to shed recently and put galvanised metal box profile sheeting on it. 3.6m x 7m area 300 euro. Including the 5 lengths of barge and screws.

Put 6"x2" as rafters. 9mm hardwood ply across the rafters. Breather membrane (50 euro for 50m x1.5m ) on top. 2"x1" lats across the roof and screwed the sheets to the lats. Barge on the top n sides.
