    Hi,

    Two girls living in the centre of Dun Laoghaire. We're currently looking for 2 new housemates to live with us for 12 months from late august onwards. There are 2 single rooms available for €550 each per month.

    We're looking for:
    Anyone in 3rd year or above.-Graduates will be considered also.
    Open minded, lovely people.
    People serious about their studies who still like to enjoy themselves.

    The house is in a great location, ideal for walking to and from college or there is also a 46a bus 5 minutes up the road.

    All bills and costs are divided equally between all housemates
    (Bills for electricity, internet and gas are separate to rent)

    3 story house
    Gas Central heating
    Washing machine, dryer
    Internet
    Electric shower
    Fully furnished
    Ample storage space
