    Hi,
Iv'e been working out since last January and have noticed some steady gains in strength and size which is great. However, I don't seem to able to get enough food in and am constantly hungry. Is it just a case of eating more food or should I top up the diet with a supplement?

    Thanks

    What's your fluids intake like?

Not great to be honest, milk every day in cereal/porridge and a few cups of tea/coffee during the day. I drink water when training though which is normally around an hour.

If you're happy with your bulking, I'd raise the fluids first, and go from there..
