B6 Passat Handbrake (EPB)

05-08-2015 11:28pm#1Hi i Have a problem with with the electronic handbrake on my passat for the last week. From reading up on it, the handbrake is a common issue.
It makes a load groaning noise rear brake motor
Anyone encountered this or have an idea what could cause this/ How to fix ??
Gives this fault on the dash0

heard off a mate of mine it could be as simple as replacing the parking switch , doubt id get that lucky though lol thanks bud
