[Wanted] Room in Dublin within walking distance/short commute of town

I've been searching for a room in Dublin for the past month and have been finding it hard to compete with the hoards of people turning up for viewings.
Hopefully someone on boards can help
Basically I am a working professional with a three year contract in the city centre - so I am going nowhere.
Im ideally looking for a room in a shared house or flat within walking distance of town or a short bus/luas ride away.
Budget is @650e per month.
Id also love to hear off others who may want to team up in trying to find a place. Please feel free to PM for more details
