We do competency interview in my company. Flesh out your competency stories, you should have been provided with the competencies to be assessed. If you've one in mind add a second as backup in case question is phrased differently. Use 'star' basis to put your story together. Situation task action result. Use I words. I did this and it was great as boss said I was great. Unlikely you'll be asked stuff like so tell me what you know about Irish life. Be more like so your cv says strong excel skills. Tell me about that. Or so tell me how you deal with conflict. Good luck!
