Waiting time for a new Permit?

I applied to renewal my learner permit at their office on July 24th. The lady said that it should take five to ten working days. Does anyone know how long the waiting time is, as my test is on the 21st?

Mine was 10 working days. Remember yours includes the bank holiday weekend though. If you don't get it by the middle of next week I'd chase it up.
