Long sleeve shirt for you that's all. Plenty of the lads in the college had tattoos. Some girls too. You just need to keep them covered with a long sleeve shirt and you're a1

If say we got to interview stage would it be wise to tell them about tattoos? I've one on my ankle obviously it wouldn't make a difference with pants but would it frowned upon in the college in the case of shorts for PE??

At my physical in June plenty of lads had visible tattoos on their calves and on arms. Luckily mine are well hidden with shorts and a t-shirt, but I am pretty sure I seen on here they expect you to wear long sleeves to cover them up, and possibly the same with trousers.

Either way at interview stage your tattoos will be the last thing on your mind and the interviewers unless you have some on your face neck or hands!

  • I've got a full sleeve on one arm, upper part of the other arm (visible with short sleeve) and a calf fully covered with colours. Obviously not visible when wearing formal clothes/suit. During the medical the doctor just asked me whether I've got any of these in visible spots, that's it. Nobody mentioned anything during the physical or the interview.

No reason to mention anything, unless you are asked :)

Was the doctor blind? He actually had to ask you during a physical exam whether you had any visible tattoos?!?
