Buying flour from mill

A friend was just talking to me about how she'd go with her mother to the local flour mill in Galway in her childhood, and her mother would order a five-stone bag of flour to be delivered, fresh from the mill.

This piece on broadsheet.ie http://www.broadsheet.ie/2015/08/05/harvest-begins/#comments makes me wonder if you can still buy freshly-milled Irish-grown flour anywhere. Can you?
