It's not an error. Actually says "get Rio on us and continue the adventure with a discount on the sequel" when you click into sky store.

I'm actually surprised how well that Sky Store app works too, buy the film in HD to stream + the DVD in the post for the same price Google Play/iTunes charge for just the film!

I don't have the hd package and it worked for me not sure if the dvd will come but that doesn't bother me its on the box.

Yeah I think so as it's downloaded to the box itself.

But once it's deleted it cannot be redownloaded without an active Sky sub.

Take out your sky card and see if u can watch it ? I didn't download it yet so I can't try that. I would be surprised if it plays without a sky sub.

I have not got mine yet either, Contacted them today and they said wait till Friday and if it's not here then to give them a call.

I'm thinking that they may just expire after a bit and disappear.

Did you guys order through the website on via your box? I went through the box and it arrived. The order came up on my bill with a charge of €0.00 but it does not appear to be there anymore
