sign back after holiday?

    Quick one for my friend.

He went on holiday for a week. I explained the need to sign off as being on holidays for the week, so he went to the social welfare office and that was done and accepted.

He returned on Saturday evening, and couldn't go to the social welfare office yesterday because of the bank holiday.

He's due to be paid today (2 weeks of money, I assume, this week and holiday week?), so will that be through today?

And presumably he needs to pop down this morning to inform them he's back?

Am I correct in thinking he'll be paid his two weeks today, and also needs to declare that he's home?

    Thanks in advance!
