    Hi,
I'm buying a Cannondale CAAD8. I'm around 1.90m tall. I have to decide between a 61 cm frame and a 58 cm one. The 58 one's seatpost has to be extended fairly far to fit me. The guy in the shop is telling me to get it though. Any tips?

    I'd get the 58. I'm 6'3" and ride a 58.

As a rough rule of thumb, if you are in between sizes, it's usually best to get the smaller option, you can make the frame virtually bigger by longer seatpost, stem etc, you cant make a large frame smaller....
