Hi I have to prepare a H&S Statement for a small theater. Does anyone know if there is a template available that I could customize to my situation or is there anyone out there involved with a theater that has one done already who could give me some pointers.

Google "safety statement template" and youll find a company selling them. I think it's about €100, but well worth it. You fill in the blanks.

www.besmart.ie is a website run by the health and safety authority that helps you to create a safety statement and risk assessment. Should do the job.
