I don't think the list on the right hand side of the page is a complete list - certainly Irish Water: Niall, Irish Water: Kim and Irish Water: Jack are missing. The list appears to be sorted alphabetically.

Separately, in customer service positions, some people use 'stage names', e.g I used to know a woman called Concepta, who was 'Kate' at work.

The list on the right is the last 4 reps to have logged in, it only shows 4 at a time. You can file this under 'SOLVED' in your notebook of mystery Tigger.
