worried about my friend

I have a friend who is a really good friend to me and I'm quite worried about her. She is suffering from a lot of anxiety and I can see it's shadowing over her bubbly personality. I have suggested talked to someone and she has but she didn't feel like it helped. I have been through stuff myself and am a changed person from cbt and I have mentioned it to her. I know that cbt isn't for everyone but I really think she would benefit from it. Her doc has suggested anti anxiety tablets but she doesn't take them..

She worries a lot about everything and I can understand what she is feeling because of my history. I don't know how to help her, I can listen and give her advice, and I know it's down to her ultimately, but I just want to help her.

Can anyone give me any advice?
