Window washer not working. Window washer tank leaking. Not much air coming out of the car vents when turned on full blast. Got it for a grand with 80000 miles around 2 months ago. Any idea of the cost to fix it. Nct in tact till November and driving perfect and did 2000 motor way miles on it myself. Owner told me the issues and said I'd take a chance. NCT not too far anyway and want to get the issues fixed this week. Don't want to be ripped off.

Have you changed the pollen filter?

Didn't know it had one! Would that be a likely cause?

    Window washer:
if you can hear the pump noise then it could be blocked jets at the windscreen... trace the pipework and gently blow out with an air line....
if you do hear any pump noise, it could be a fuse blown or motor dead....

Changing the waster tank is fairly easy, even a new toyota one will be until a e100

Washer and bottle is a very common problem. Just finding a good working pump could be tricky as most will be snapped up. Not too hard to change once the flimsy splash guard and bumper are pulled back

Thanks for the replies. Hopefully its just the fuse as can't hear a thing from the water motor.

Now the low volume of air from the fans is another issue. Any ideas?

Try the pollen filter first. Think it's found on the glove box. A quick Google will show you where. Should be no more than a tenner for a new one.
